The Process

WealthCoaching can take place at your house or with us in Queenstown. The price for either is the same, the benefit of doing this in Queenstown is that both Martin and Joan will take part in the initial meeting.

WealthCoaching is a four step process:

• Step 1 - Preparation
  When your booking is accepted and an appointment made we will send you a paper for preparation. This makes sure that you have all the information required. We will also send you books that we think will interest you.
• Step 2 - Initial meeting
  We will spend three to four hours meeting with you. At this meeting we will look at where you are now, find out where you would like to be at some point in the future and then work through with you a plan for how to get there. At the same time we will look at all of the main financial issues: tax, investments, debt structure, budget, insurances and wills succession and family trusts.
• Step 3 - Letter
  Within a few days of the initial meeting we will write a letter to you which sets out the action points that we have agreed that you will take. Note that some people forgo this letter depending on what service they have opted for.
• Step 4 - Execution of plan
  We will assist you in the execution of your plan depending on what service you have opted for.

Our classic service, opted for by most people. This involves the initial meeting with either Martin or Joan (both of them if you come to Queenstown), a written plan and three months help with the execution of the plan as required.

Annual Check Up

This service is aimed at clients we have already worked with. We will review your situation and asset allocation in the light of current circumstances and make recommendations for any necessary adjustments.
Price $1250 +GST

Peer Review

This service is for those who have received planning and wealth advice elsewhere and who would like a second opinion before proceeding. You may or may not require a written report.
Price $1000 - $2000 +GST (depending on complexity of affairs and/or written report)

Strategy and Marketing your Business for Wealth

This is a service for business owners offered by Joan Baker. It is for those who want to develop their business so that it will make them rich and free. It offers an initial meeting and a written plan for your business.
Price $5700 +GST

Succession/Family Trust Plan

A service for farmers and others with significant assets. We will have an initial meting with you which may involve a family conference. After that meeting we will write a succession plan for your family and assist with the execution of that plan.
Price $5700  +GST

Personal Wealth Director and Coach

This is like a company having an external director on the board. We act as your family finance director making sure that your money is structured well and that you do the things necessary to create wealth. This service includes the initial meeting (with both Martin and Joan), written plan and 12 months of directing and coaching. This service is available to only a limited number of people each year.
